We reserve the right to terminate or deny access to the application at our discretion.

ProMort reserves the right to deny access to this application at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for using this application and any required hardware, software, or internet services to access it.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and functionalities of this application are owned by ProMort or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any application content without prior written consent.

All submissions, including feedback, comments, and testimonials, become the property of ProMort. By submitting testimonials, you grant ProMort the unrestricted right to use them for marketing or other promotional purposes.

This application may contain links to third-party websites. ProMort does not control or endorse these websites and is not responsible for their content or policies. Linking to this application without permission is prohibited.

ProMort reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of this application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.

ProMort operates this application from within the United States. We make no representation that the services offered on this application are available outside the United States. Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

PROMORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS APPLICATION. IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMORT’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR ACCESSING THIS APPLICATION.

Do not use email or online chat features for time-sensitive instructions related to loan processing. All communications must be confirmed in writing.

You consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from ProMort by submitting your contact information. You may opt out at any time by following the provided opt-out instructions.

You agree to provide true, current, and complete information in all transactions with ProMort. Failure to do so may result in service denial.

If you submit a loan application, you agree to cooperate in providing the required documentation and updating any changes in your application.

ProMort will use reasonable efforts to process applications timely but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services or other unforeseen factors.

Loan application deposits may be used to cover third-party expenses. Failure to complete the application process may result in non-refundable costs.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
